1. BETA STATUS

The Website is currently operated as a limited beta project under the LvvD brand.

The current legal, privacy and DSA contact point for the beta service is lvvd_nl@protonmail.com.

Formal operator registration details and any broader commercial terms may be added before full launch.

2. ACCESS AND AGE

Visitors must be at least 18 years old to browse the Website.

Advertisers must be at least 21 years old to create an account and request publication.

We may restrict access, refuse publication, or request beta review materials where age, safety, authenticity, or lawfulness concerns arise.

3. PLATFORM ROLE

LvvD provides an online hosting and advertising platform for adult listings and user-generated profile content.

LvvD is not an agency, employer, booking provider, or party to offline arrangements between users.

4. BETA REVIEW AND PUBLICATION

During beta, profile publication may be delayed, limited, refused, or manually reviewed before public visibility.

If beta profile review selfies or similar review materials are requested, they are reviewed internally only, are not published on public profile pages, and are accessible only to authorized personnel or processors with a legitimate need to know.

Unless a longer hold is reasonably necessary for safety, security, suspected underage use, legal compliance, or disputes, beta profile review selfies are intended to be deleted within 30 days after the relevant review decision or account closure.

5. USER RULES

Users remain responsible for the content they post and for their own communications and conduct.

The following is strictly prohibited:

• Illegal content or illegal activity;
• Content involving minors or child sexual abuse material;
• Trafficking, coercion, forced prostitution, or non-consensual conduct;
• Impersonation, threats, blackmail, or hate content;
• Content posted without lawful authority from the person shown or represented;
• Any conduct creating a serious safety or platform-integrity risk.

6. REPORTS, ENFORCEMENT AND LIABILITY

Any person may report allegedly illegal or unsafe public content through the published notice channel.

We may remove or restrict content, suspend accounts, preserve relevant records, and cooperate with competent authorities where legally required or reasonably necessary for safety.

To the maximum extent permitted by mandatory law, the Website is provided on a beta basis without guarantees of uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or commercial suitability.

7. PAYMENTS AND CONTACT

Paid plans, credits, memberships, and checkout functionality are disabled during the current beta phase unless the Website clearly states otherwise with updated terms.

We may retain records showing when the current Terms and Privacy Policy were accepted where reasonably necessary for legal compliance, security, fraud prevention, or dispute handling.
